Will of Margaret O'Donnell late of Emmaville N.S.W., Widow, written 15 May 1947, probate 9 Aug 1950.

THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF ME MARGARET O'DONNELL of Emmaville in the State of New South Wales Widow. 1. I APPOINT my sons ARTHUR DUDLEY O'DONNELL AND EDWARD JOHN O'DONNELL to be the Executors and Trustees of this my Will. 2. I DEVISE my lands with structural improvements erected thereon having an area of Thirteen and threequarters perches with a frontage of fifty four and seven tenths links to O'donnell Street in the Town of Emmaville Parish of Strathbogie North and County of Gough and being the lands comprised in Certificate of Title Volume 5238 Folio 84 unto the said EDWARD JOHN O'DONNELL Absolutely. 3. I GIVE the residue of my estate (herein after called "my Residuary Estate") unto the said ARTHUR DUDLEY O'DONNELL and my daughters ZELMA KERLE AND VERA PARKER in equal shares share and share alike. 4. I DIRECT that my Residuary Estate shall be the primary fund for payment of my debts funeral and testamentary expenses including Federal Estate duties and Assessments. 5. I DIRECT that if any child of mine shall die in my lifetime leaving issue who shall survive me and who being male shall attain the age of twenty one years or being female shall attain that age or marry under that age such issue shall take and if more than one equally between them the share which their his or her parent would have taken if such parents had lived to attain a vested interest. AND LASTLY I REVOKE all former Wills and Testamentary Dispositions heretofore made by me AND DECLARE this to be my last Will and Testament. AS WITNESS my hand this fifteenth day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and forty seven. MARGARET O'DONNELL.
SIGNED by the Testatrix as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us both present at the same time we at her request in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as attesting witnesses and we certify that the word "perches" added to the sixth line by us and by the Testatrix was added prior to the Execution of the said Will. 9th August, 1950. On this date Probate of the last Will of the abovenamed deceased was granted to ARTHUR DUDLEY O'DONNELL & EDWARD JOHN O'DONNELL the executors named in the said Will. Testatrix died on the 26th day of February 1950. Estate sworn at the sum of £1926:6:4 nett. 6
