Abstract of the Will of Owen Rhydderch of Crafnant in the County of Merioneth, Gentleman, written 20 Mar 1763/4, proved 30 Jan 1764/5.

Gives & bequeaths £20 to his granddaughter Elizabeth the daughter of his son John Owen.

Gives & bequeaths his grey mare to his grandson Owen the eldest son of his said son John Owen.

Wills that Robert the son of his nephew John Ellis shall have £2 toward an apprenticeship as shoemaker, if Evan Humphrey of Llandecwyn, shoemaker, will take him.

All the rest and residue of his personal estate he gives & bequeaths to and among his grandchildren Owen, Robert, John, William and Maurice, sons of his said son John Owen, share and share alike.

Nominates constitutes & appoints his said son John Owen sole executor of his last will and testament.
