Abstract of the Will of John Griffiths of Hafod Owen in the Parish of Amlwch in the County of Anglesey, written 28 Jan 1835, inventory taken 18 Aug 1835, will proved and probate granted 29 Nov 1836.

Appoints & ordains his wife Deborah Griffiths sole executrix of his last will and testament, to whom he gives & bequeaths all of his property.

Directs that his executrix shall pay £100 to his granddaughter Mary Roose of Paris in the parish of Amlwch, once she attains the age of twenty-one years or on the day of her marriage.

Directs that his executrix shall pay £100 to his granddaughter Hanah Roose of Paris at the age of twenty-one years or on the day of her marriage.

Directs that his executrix shall pay £100 to his granddaughter Rebecca Roose of Paris at the age of twenty-one years or on the day of her marriage.

Orders that, should his wife re-marry, all his property shall be bequeathed to his three natural & lawful children John Solomon Griffiths, Jane An: Griffiths and Elizabeth Griffiths, and his said children should then pay their mother £200.

Appoints George Palmer of Amlwch and Hugh Williams of Bettws Cemaes Trustees to the execution of his last will and testament.
