Abstract of the Will of Maurice Owen of Carnarvon in the County of Carnarvon, Esquire, written 12 Mar 1801, proved 11 Feb 1802, probate granted 6 May 1802

Gives & bequeaths the full and free use of all his furniture, household stock, and other personal estate, goods, chattels and effects to his wife Margaret Owen for the term of her natural life.

Gives & bequeaths the same to his nephew the Reverend William Wynn Owen, Clerk.

Gives & devises all his capital and other messuages, lands, tenements and hereditaments in the parishes of Dolgelley and Llanaber in the county of Merioneth to his wife Margaret Owen.

Nominates & appoints his wife sole Executrix of his last will and testament.
