Abstract of the Will of the Reverend David Richards of Llandyrnog in the County of Denbigh, Clerk, written 9 Dec 1766, proved 20 Dec 1771.

Gives & bequeaths to his friends and relations Edward Owen of Llanbedr in the county of Denbigh, clerk, and Richard Roberts of Plas in the parish of Trawsfynydd in the county of Merioneth, Gentleman, all his personal estate upon Trust, such that after his death they convert the same into money, out of which they set aside £100 the interest of which be paid to his son Richard Richards and to his daughter Catherine Richards when she reaches the age of twenty-one.

Refers to two legacies of £70 left to his son Richard Richards.

All the rest and residue of his personal estate he gives & bequeaths to the said Edward Owen and Robert Roberts, whom he nominates and appoints co-executors of his last will and testament.
