Abstract of the Will of Robert Owen of Ty Gwyn in the County of Merioneth, Gent., written 26 Mar 1694, inventory taken 22 Feb 1694/5, proved 14 Jun 1695.

Gives & bequeaths 5 shillings to his eldest son Maurice Owen

Leaves the table and frame belonging to it together with one press cupboard and a bedstead currently in the parlour at Tygwyn as heirlooms to belong to the said house forever.

Gives & bequeaths to his son Robert Owen one cupboard, one chest? and one chair? whereupon the letters R: O: purporting the name Robert Owen are cut.

Gives & bequeaths to his daughter Jane a yearling filly.

All the rest and residue of his personal estate, goods & chattels he gives & bequeaths to his wife Anne who he appoints the sole Executrix of his last will and testament.

Further appoints his son Robert and daughter Jane as co-executors with his wife.
