Elizabeth married Ellis LEWIS of Llwyn Gwern, Gent., son of Cadwaladr LEWIS and Elizabeth ELLIS, about 20 Jul 1641. (Ellis LEWIS was born in Llwyn-Gwern, Llanuwchllyn, Merioneth, Wales and died between 14 Apr 1660 and 27 Nov 1660.)

Refers to a Deed of Settlement between himself and his then and now wife Elizabeth Anwyll dated 20 July 17 Charles [1641] regarding diverse messuages, lands, tenements & hereditaments whereof a sum not exceeding £200 be paid to each of his children... Daughter Catherine Lewis and son Cadwaladr Lewis, named in the Will of their maternal grandfather Morris Lewis Anwyl (1648), are not named in their father's Will, so presumably died before 1660. He refers to Ellin Lewis as his eldest daughter (named second in the Will of Morris Lewis Anwyl). Elizabeth Lewis, whom Ellis Lewis refers to as his youngest daughter, was most likely born after 1648, as she is not named in Morris Lewis Anwyl's Will.
