Gives & bequeaths to his eldest daughter Catherin Brinkir those messuages called Pythyn Mawr and Aberd ---?---,
Gives, devises & bequeaths to his 2nd daughter Ellin Brinkir the two several messuages ... before named ...
Gives, devises & bequeaths to his youngest daughter Margaret Brynkyr the rest & residue of the said ---?---
Devises that if his son and heir James Brynkyr or his daughters die without issue, he gives, devises & bequeaths all his messuages, lands and tenements and the hereditaments to his honourable cousin Owen Anwyll of Parke
Gives & bequeaths 30 shillings to the poor of Llanfihangel.
All the rest & residue he gives to his wife Jane Brynkyr whom he appoints Executrix of his last will and testament.
Nominates his cousins & kinsmen William Owen of Clen------ Esqr., Lewis Anwyll of Parke, Richard Anwyll of Parke, Owen Wynne of Yslym Begid? Esqr., and Richard Anwyll of Doleferiog gent. as overseers of his last will and testament.
