Abstract of the Will of Mary Morgan of Plascanol in the Parish of Llanaber, Widow, written 5 Aug 1806, inventory taken 4 Jul 1808, proved 12 Jul 1808, probate granted 12 Jan 1809.

Gives & bequeaths to her son Pierce Morgan one annuity or yearly rent charge of £14 from her messuages, lands & hereditaments called Gwasladcoed in the parish of Llangelynin, to be paid him in two equal portions on the 12th of May and 12th of November each year.

Gives, devises & bequeaths to her youngest son Anthony Morgan of Hendre in the Parish of Llangelynin all her said messuages, lands and hereditaments in Gwasladcoed.

Gives & bequeaths to her daughter Catherine Morgan one annuity or yearly rent charge of £14 from her messuage or tenement farm and lands called Tyddyndu and the water corn grist mill called Melinyrhendre with appurtenances in the parish of Llangelynin, to be paid her in two equal portions on the 12th of May and 12th of November each year.

Gives, devises & bequeaths to her said son Anthony Morgan all her messuages, lands & hereditaments called Tyddyndu and the water corn grist mill called Melinyrhendre.

Gives and devises all her said capital messuage or tenement farm and lands in Hendre to Richard Edwards of Towyn, malster, John Griffith of Barmouth, mercer, and Humphrey Williams of Dolgelley, gentleman, to hold in Trust for her grandchildren Robert Morgan and Mary Morgan the children of her son Pierce Morgan, until they attain the age of twenty-one years.

Directs that the said Trustees pay £60 to the churchwardens & overseers of the parish of Llangelynin, which her son Robert Morgan owes them.

Authorises her daughter Ellin Lewis, widow, to receive the interests, dividends or produce of £400 held in Trust for her sole and separate use exclusive of any husband or husband she may marry hereafter.

Devises that her granddaughter Mary Lewis, one of the daughters of the said Ellin Lewis, receive the interests, dividends or produce of £100 held in Trust.

Gives and bequeaths £20 to her eldest son Robert Morgan.

Gives & bequeaths her silver tankard to her son Robert Morgan.

Gives & bequeaths all her wearing apparel, household goods, linen, plate and china to her said granddaughter Mary Lewis.

Gives & bequeaths all the residue of her goods, chattels and personal estate to her said son Anthony Morgan, appointing him sole Executor of her last will and testament.
