Abstract of the Will of Morris Morris of Half Way House in the Parish of Llanaber, inn keeper, written 4 May 1854, proved 27 Jun 1855.
Gives devises & bequeaths all his leasehold, messuage, lands, tenement and hereditaments commonly known as Half Way House situate in the parish of Llanaber, and all and singular his farming stock, implements of husbandry and all his furniture, plate, linen, china, wines, liquors, monies, securities for monies and other his personal estate and effects unto his dear wife Margaret during the term of her natural life.
After the death of his wife, he gives devises & bequeaths all his leasehold, messuage, lands etc. unto his granddaughter Elizabeth Jones Morris and her heirs.
Gives and bequeaths the rest, residue and remainder of all his personal estate and effects to his son William Jones Morris his heirs and assigns forever.
Nominates and appoints his wife Margaret sole executrix of his last Will and Testament.
