In the 1931 NSW Electoral Rolls Perton Vincent Foat, commercial traveller, was in Lanark avenue, Earlwood.

In the 1933 and 1935 NSW Electoral Rolls Perton Vincent Foat, commercial traveller, was at 11 Lanark avenue, Earlwood. At the same address was [his son] Vincett Perton Foat, storeman.

In the 1943 NSW Electoral Rolls Perton Vincent Foat, commercial traveller, was at 11 Lanark avenue, Earlwood.

Appoints as co-executors and trustees of his last will and testament his son Vincett Perton Foat of 37 Stone Street Earlwood, and his nephew Charles Henry Bardwell Clarke of Gundagai, manager of the Rural Bank.

Bequeaths his car to his son Vincett Perton Foat.

Gives, devises and bequeaths to his trustees his house and land at 11 Lanark Avenue, Earlwood, along with its furniture, fittings and ornaments.

His securities for monies he directs to be held in trust for his daughter Iola Bertha Foat, to whom he gives, devises and bequeaths all the rest and residue of his real and personal property.

Witnesses: Olga N. May, Hugh Hourigan, solicitor.

Estate sworn at £3327 1s. 10d.

The ceremony was performed by the Rev. F. E. Fletcher.....
