Abstract of the Will of Martha Tabrett, Widow of the Town and Port of Hastings in the County of Sussex, written 14 Feb 1767, proved 2 Apr 1788. 3

Gives and bequeaths to her two grandsons George Lock and James Lock all her household goods and implements, her linnen, silver plate, ready money and security for money, as well as all her personal estate and effects, to be equally divided between them.

Appoints her son-in-law James Lock and John Shorter, schoolmaster, co-executors of her last will and testament.
