In February 1892 Robert Reynolds was one of those granted Probate of the personal effects of his late aunt Jane Reynolds of the Sands, Swindon, spinster.

In June 1894 Robert Reynolds was best man at the marriage of his brother Herbert William Reynolds to Agnes Whitfield Plummer in Swindon Wilts.

In 1901 Robert Reynolds, aged 30, born in Swindon Wilts, leather merchant & currier, and wife Edith H., aged 27, born in St. Albans Herts, were living in Devizes Road (Newlyn), Swindon. With them was son Geoffrey R. (10 months) of Swindon.
