In 1841 Stephen Dash, aged about 30, ag lab, and wife Eliza, aged about 30, were staying with [Eliza's parents] Thomas Hiscock (65), ag lab, Ann Hiscock (75), in Harris Lane Easton Royal Wilts. Present also was Stephen's and Eliza's son William Dash (5).

In 1851 Stephen Dash (43) of Burbage, ag lab, and wife Eliza (40) of Easton, were living in Easton St., Easton, Wilts. Present were children: William (15) of Newbury Berks., ag lab, and Sarah Ann (12) of Easton Wilts.

In 1861 Stephen Dash (50) [sic] of Easton [sic], labourer, and wife Eliza (49) of Easton, were living in Cottage, Easton, Wilts. Present was daughter Sarah (15) of Easton
