1513: LEASE for 99 years of all cottages, lands, tenements, issues, profits of law days, leets and courts in Charlton, which are the right of the Church of Worcester, as settlement in a dispute over William Dyngley's right of common for 12 kine and a bull in the manor of Cropthorne as an appurtenance of his manor of Charlton; reserving suit of court of the tenants of the said properties to the Prior's court in the manor of Cropthorne and Netherton. 3
