Adeline Elizabeth Holman applied to have her marriage with William Holman dissolved on the ground of desertion. The parties were married in December, 1885, and respondent shortly afterwards gave way to dissolute habits. In June, 1899, he went away, and had not since communicated with his wife, nor had the police been able to discover his whereabouts. A decree nisi was granted and petitioner given custody of the four children. Mr. W.T.C Kelly appeared for the petitioner. 3
