This is the last Will and Testament of me Jane Joyce of 48 Derby Street Kew, Widow
I hereby, revoking any and all former Wills by me at any time made, give, devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate of which I may die possessed, or of or to which I may in way or manner be entitled, in possession, reversion, or expectancy, unto my daughter Elizabeth Smeal Greenhill wife of Edwin W. Greenhill of Shalford Street Mosman Sydney, who I hereby appoint sole executrix of this my Will.
As witness my hand this 24th day of July A.D. 1903.

Be it known that on the first day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and seventeen the Will (a true copy of which is hereunto annexed) of Jane Joyce late of No. 48 Derby Street Kew in the State of Victoria, widow, deceased, who died on the first day of August One thousand nine hundred and seventeen and who had at the time of her death real estate within the jurisdiction sworn not to exceed in value Four hundred and sixty pounds and personal estate within the jurisdiction sworn not to exceed in value Three hundred and two pounds fourteen shillings and one penny was proved by Elizabeth Smeal Greenhill of Shalford Street Mosman Sydney in the State of New South Wales (at present residing at 17 Queen Street Kew in the State of Victoria), married woman, the executrix named therein she having been first sworn ....
