Francis married Martha GILL, daughter of Benjamin GILL and Martha BISHOP, on 19 May 1805 in Sithney, Cornwall. (Martha GILL was born in 1779 in Wendron, Cornwall, christened on 18 Jul 1779 in Wendron, Cornwall and was buried on 26 Apr 1861 in Sithney, Cornwall.)
