Abstract of the Will of Francis Vivian of the Parish of St. Austell in the County of Cornwall, Mine Agent, written 22 Jan 1832, proved 13 Oct 1832. ⁴

Gives and bequeaths all his estate and effects to his wife Jane Vivian for her own use and benefit subject to her paying his just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses.

Appoints his said wife executrix of his last will and testament.
