In 1881, James, 31, mine engine driver, born in Illogan, and wife Margaret, 32, of Gwinear, housekeeper, were living with their family in Bosleak, Ilogan.

In 1891, James, 41, mining engineer, born in Illogan, and wife Margaret, 42 of Illogan, lived with their family in Bosleak, Ilogan.

   Marriage Information:

James married Margaretta SHUGG, daughter of David SHUGG and Margaretta ROSEWARNE, between Jul 1871 and Sep 1871 in Redruth District, Cornwall. (Margaretta SHUGG was born about 1849 in Gwinear, Cornwall and was buried on 16 Aug 1913 in Tuckingmill All Saints, Camborne, Cornwall.)
