In the Will and Estate of William Joyce late of North Richmond in the Colony of Victoria, Storekeeper, deceased, I, Helen Joyce, of of no. 64 Church Street North Richmond in the Colony of Victoria, widow, I am seeking to obtain Letters of Administration with the Will annexed of the abovenamed William Joyce, deceased, who died on the 14th day of March one thousand eight hundred and ninety five at North Richmond aforesaid and left a Will bearing date the 18th January 1892 which is the last Will and Testament of the deceased and which is unrevoked but the testator did not appoint any Executor or Executrix thereof. The said Will is hereunto annexed...

The said deceased left property in Victoria not exceeding in value the sum of four hundred and ninety pounds, consisting of real estate of the value of £440 and personal property of the value of £50 which consists of money in hands...

The said deceased left heirs? surviving: me this deponent, his widow, and Ellen Greenwood, Agnes Hand, Mary Bird, Jane Gooding and Alice Joyce his daughters and William Henry Joyce his son, who are his only surviving next of kin and the only persons entitled by law to share in his property &c...
