Jane Jones of Ynysgain fawr in the Parish of Llanystyndwy was named as a beneficiary and co-executrix of the Will of her uncle John Rowlands of Cadair Elwa (1831).

Named as a beneficiary and co-executrix of her father's Will (1842), by then married to Robert Jones of Bronygadair.

In 1851 Jane Jones (51) of Llanystyndwy [sic] and husband Robert Jones (50) of Llanystyndwy, farmer of 88 acres employing 3 labourers, were living in Dynana, Llanystyndwy. Present were children (born in Criccieth): Jane Elizabeth (22) and John Thomas (19); present also was visitor David Jones (30) of Llanbynmair Montgomery, independent minister

In 1861 Jane Jones (60) of Llangybi, widow, farmer of 59 acres, was living in Eisteddfa, Ynyscynhaiarn. Present was granddaughter Elizabeth Ann Jones (4) of Ynyscynhaiarn, independent minister's daughter.

The Will of Jane Jones late of Tan y coed in the Parish of Ynyscynhaiarn in the County of Carnarvon, widow, who died 9 March 1868 at Tan y coed aforesaid, was proved 23 March 1869 at Bangor by the oaths of John Thomas Jones of Pwllheli in the County aforesaid, banker, the son, and Jane Elizabeth Jones (wife of the Reverend Thomas Jones, Independent Minister) of Eisteddfa in the Parish aforesaid, the Executors. Effects under £800. ³
