At the time of the 1871 England Census Ernest Lampard, age 13, born in Hackney London, scholar, was with his parents at 37 Downs Park Rd., Hackney St. John London.

At the time of the 1881 England Census Ernest Lampard, age 22, born in Dalston Middlesex, commercial clerk unemployed, and wife Susan E, age 24, born in Westminster Middlesex, were living at 48 Sandbrook Rd, Stoke Newington St. Mary, London. With them were children (born in Clapton) Blanche (2) and Gerald M (1).

At the time of the 1891 England Census Ernest Lampard, age 33, born in Dalston London, grocer's assistant, and wife Susan E, age 34, born in Westminster London, were living at 38 Kingsbay Road, Islington London.
