In 1911 Hugh P. Wynne (30) of Arthog Meirionyddshire, coal miner, and wife of less than a year Agnes Bertha (23) of Llandilo Grabon? Radnorshire, were living at 3 Tanybryn Terrace Pontygwaith Rhondda, Glamorganshire.

In the 1939 Register Hugh P Wynne (b. 18 Feb 1881) and wife Agnes B Wynne (b. 14 Mar 1888) were living at 117 Madeline Street, Rhondda U.D., Glamorganshire.
