  Research Notes:

Stephen Vivian of St Mewan, "tynner" died intestate. An inventory of his goods and chattels was taken on 2 Mar 1727/8 by Thomas Courts and John Olver, both of St. Mewan, yeomen, and valued at £57 17s.

Administration was granted to his widow and relict Margery Vivian on 19 Mar 1727/8. Witnesses were Walter May and Stephen Vivian, yeomen. 4

In his 1733 Will Stephen Vivian of Camborne gave to his grandchildren Stephen Vivian and Anne Vivian half a crown each. Interlineally his grandchildren's father is identified as Stephen Vivian who, not being a beneficiary of his father's Will, was already deceased.
