In Oct 1834 Elizabeth Carey was present at the marraige of her sister Mary Carey to Joseph Benjamin Heasman in Brighton St. Nicholas.

At the time of the 1851 England Census Elizabeth Winter, age 25, born in Malling Sussex, and husband Edward Winter, age 26, born in Ringmer, farm labourer, were living in Broyle Lane, Ringmer Sussex nextdoor to Elizabeth's parents.

In Jul 1852 Elizabeth Winter and her husband Edward Winter were present at the marriage of Elizabeth's sister Naomi Carey to Charles Huggett Fiest in Ringmer Sussex.

At the time of the 1861 England Census Elizabeth Winter, age 37, born in South Malling Sussex, and husband Edward Winter, age 36, born in Ringmer Sussex, farmer [of] 70 acres employing 2 boys, were living on Hylands Farm, Barcombe Sussex.

In 1865 Elizabeth wife of Edward Winter of Barcombe, farmer, was named as a beneficiary in her mother's Will.

At the time of the 1871 England Census Elizabeth Winter, age 46, born in Ringmer Sussex, and husband Edward Winter, age 46, born in Ringmer, farmer of 70 acres employing 2 men & 2 boys, were living on Hanlye? Farm, Barcombe Sussex.

At the time of the 1881 England Census Eliza Winter, age 57, born in Sussex, and husband Edward Winter, age 56, born in Sussex, innkeeper, were living in Market Place, All Saints, Hertford.

At the time of the 1891 England Census Elizabeth Winter, age 67, born in Lewes Sussex, widow, was working as a domestic servant for the family of George & Harriet Laws at 54 Charlotte St., Great Yarmouth Norfolk.

At the time of the 1901 England Census Elizabeth Winter, age 77, born in Ringmoor Sussex, widow, was working as a domestic servant for the family of George R & Harriet Laws in Southern Yarmouth Norfolk.

Elizabeth Winter died aged 80 years. Elizabeth's age at death has evidently been rounded off, which is understandable given she had no living relatives in the county.
