Know all Men by these presents that I Jane Crase of the parish of Gwithian in the county and archdeaconry of Cornwall widow send greeting. Whereas James Crase late of Gwithian in the county of Cornwall aforesaid tinner my late deceased husband lately dyed intestate and administration of all & singular his goods, chattells & credits doth belong unto me his widow & relict. Now know ye that I the said Jane Crase for divers good causes and valuable considerations have renounced released and disclaimed and in & by these presents do renounce release & disclaime all my right title & interest whatsoever of in & unto the said Letters of Admon and desire and as farr as in me lies direct that the same may be granted and comitted in due form of Law to Thos. Crase my son the son of the said deceased. And I hereby authorize & impower John Pomery one of the General Proctor of the Archdeaconry Court of Cornwall to exhibit this my renunciation and procure the same to be enacted hereby promising to ratify and confirm whatsoever my said Proctor shall lawfully doe or cause to be done in the premisses. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this fifth day of May in the year of our Lord 1748.
