On 10 Nov 1660 Thomas Pankherst and his brother Sampson witnessed a Deed of Feoffment by Nathaniel Streater to John Fuller of Waldron, gent. and John's son Samuel Fuller, of the lands called Coggers Farm in Hellingly. 2

In 1662 Thomas Pankhurst the son of Nicholas Pankhurst was bequeathed 20 shillings in the Will of his maternal grandfather Sampson Deering the Elder of Waldron.
