Abstract of the nuncupative Will of Vincent Short of Wootton Bassett in the County of Wilts, recorded May 1674, probate granted 30 Apr 1675. 4

Gives all his land, goods and chattels to his wife Joane Short and, after her decease, he gives the said land to his daughters Joane and Christian to be equally divided between them.

Witnesses: Thomas Short, Timothy Short.

An inventory of the goods and chattels of the late Vincent Short of Wootton Bassett, Shoemaker, was taken and appraised on 15 Aug 1674 by John Say and Roger Hardinge and valued at £37 13s. 8d.
