Aged 22 years and more when she became heir to her sister Elizabeth Peche who died 21 Mar 1361/2.

In 1382 Katherine and her second husband, Thomas Notebeme, Knt. sued Peter Tebaut and others for the manors of Plechedon (in Henham), Essex and Swaffham Prior, Cambridgeshire. 2
