In Feb 1786 Evan Richard of Ffridd y bryncôch and his brother Robert Richard of Hendre fawr took inventory of the goods and chattels of their brother-in-law Robert Maurice of Cymera issa in Ffestiniog.

In 1795 Evan Richard of Fridd bryn coch in the parish of Llanddwywe, yeoman, Anne Parry alias Evans of the Village of Trawsfynydd, widow, and William Prichard of the parish of Llanelltyd, yeoman, paid a bond of £160 for Administration of the personal estate of John Evans. 3

Evan Richard of Fridd bryn coch was the sole Executor and residuary legatee of the Will of his brother Robert Richard of Hendremawr in the Parish of Trawsfynydd, farmer (1803)

Evan Richards of Penybont in the Parish of Trawsfynydd, yeoman, Robert Jones of Dolgain in Trawsfynydd, Gent. and John Jones of Caegwenog in Llanelltyd paid a bond of £280 for Administration of the personal estate of Anne Cadwalader of Trawsfynydd, widow, mother of Anne Parry who married Evan Richard's son, John Evan. The executor of Anne Cadwalader's Will, Morris Evans, Anne's (and Evan Richard's) grandson, was then only thirteen years old and a minor. As paternal grandfather of the executor, Evan Richards was granted Administration of Anne Cadwalader's personal effects on 28 Jan 1808 until the coming of age of the executor. 5

Abstract of the Will of Evan Richard of Frydd-bryn coch in the Parish of Llanddwywe in the County of Merioneth, written 7 Jun 1803, proved 4 Jan 1811, probate granted 17 May 1811.

Gives and bequeaths £20 to his grandson Morris Jones.

All the residue of his personal estate he gives and bequeaths to his wife Anne Jones and his grandson Robert Jones whom he appoints and ordains Executors of his last will and testament.

On 11 Jan 1811 an inventory of the goods, chattels, rights, credits and personal estate of Evan Richard of Llainwen in the parish of Trawsfynydd, yeoman, was taken by Edmund Richard of Pandu in Trawsfynydd, farmer, and Robert Roberts of Goppa in Trawsfynydd, farmer, and valued to £144 10s. 6d. 6
