In 1740 Ezekiel Bristed (Brasted) was co-executor of his father's Will, in which he was bequested £5 and inherited his father's house and land on the passing of his mother.

In 1749 Ezekiel Bristed son of Obediah Bristed was bequeathed £5 in the Will of his cousin Richard Bristed of Warbleton, gent.

In 1796 Ezekiel was named as deceased in the Will of his brother Richard Bristed of Warbleton, yeoman.
