A charter dated 1 Jun 1168 agreed the division of rights and properties between Sobrado and “domnum Petrum Munionem filium comitis Munionis et comitisse Lupe Petri” as assessed by “domnus Iohannes Lucensis episcopus, et Rudericus Suarez et Fernandus Suarez et Nuno Suariz”. King Alfonso VIII granted property "in Sancta Cruce de la Ventosila, in Valle de Pero…" to "Petre Munoz" for his services by charter dated 30 Dec 1178.
