In the 1939 Register Jessie Caroline Palmer (b. 21 May 1883), unpaid domestic duties, and husband Walter Palmer (b. 17 Aug 1882), metal sorter, were living 4 Vauxhall Buildings Vauschall Bldngs, Vauxhall, Lambeth, London.
