Will of Martha Ann Tennant, late of Mudgee, Widow.

THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me MARTHA ANN TENNANT of Nicholson Street Mudgee, Domestic duties (Widow), in the County of Wellington, State of New South Wales. I HEREBY revoke all Wills by me at any time heretofore made and declare this to be my last Will and Testament. I APPOINT JOHN CHARLES SWORD Funeral Director of Perry Street Mudgee to be Executor of this my Will and direct that all my just Debts and Funeral and Testamentary Expenses shall be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease. I GIVE AND BEQUEATH my Nephew FRANCIS B. CASIMIR Fifty Pounds (£50), to my niece BERYL CASIMIR Forty Pounds (£40), to my niece GLADYS THOMPSON Forty Pounds (£40), to my niece DORIS CASIMIR Forty Pounds (£40), to my Nephew THOMAS CASIMIR Forty Pounds (£40), to my niece MARJORIE CASIMIR Forty Pounds (£40), to my niece VIOLET CASIMIR Forty Pounds (£40), to my niece CONSTANCE CASIMIR Twenty Pounds (£20). Twenty Pounds to be paid to the abovenamed Relatives by my Executor in cash from my Bank Account with the Bank of New South Wales Mudgee. I Give and bequeath to my Niece GEORGINA SPRING also known as Daisy Spring wife of Charles B. Spring of Rylstone New South Wales my Land and Cottage situate in Nicholson Street Mudgee together with the furniture Clothing Pictures and Jewellery everything contained therein absolutely for herself. I also give to the abovenamed GEORGINA SPRING the whole of the balance of my money to my credit in the Bank of New South Wales Mudgee and the Commonwealth Savings Bank Mudgee after the abovementioned bequests are paid from same and also my funeral expenses probate and Testamentary Expenses and any just debts I may owe at the time of my decease are paid, and lastly I direct Mrs. Georgina Spring to give my brother Louis Augustus Casimir the sum of fifty Pounds (£50) and to my little Friend Ruby Fowler who has been looking after me for some time the sum of twenty Pounds (£20) in recognition of her kindness to me, these amounts to be paid out of the Residue of my estate and all the foregoing Legacies to be given free of Legacy duty. I also direct that my grave and plot in the Mudgee Cemetery be renovated and made respectable and my name be inscribed on the stone already there. Should any of the beforenamed persons I have directed to receive Legacies predecease me the money so directed is to revert back to the Residue of the estate. IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have set my hand to this my Will as dated hereunder DATED this third day of October in the year of our Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred and thirty six. MARTHA TENNANT.

SIGNED AND DECLARED by the said MARTHA ANN TENNANT the Testator as and for her last Will in the presence of us present at the same time who at her request in her presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as Witnesses:— S. E. COX, Saddler, Nicholson Street Mudgee — R. HEADLEY, Store Carter, Nicholson Street Mudgee.

7th December, 1936— ON this date Probate of the last Will and Testament of the abovenamed deceased was granted to JOHN CHARLES SWORDS of Mudgee Funeral Director, the Executor named in the said Will. TESTATRIX died on the 4th day of NOVEMBER in the year of our Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred and Thirtysix. ESTATE sworn at £2409. 1. 6 nett." 5
