Identified in sources as the unnamed daughter and heiress of Evan ap Rhys of Brynhir in Trawsfynydd. She is shown here as Ellin, inasmuch as her husband writes in his will "that the rest and residue of his goods, cattle and chattels be equally divided among his children born of his wife Ellyn."
