Per the note under William's father, John, some secondary sources show William as the eldest son of John MOTLEY and Elizabeth (Mary) HALL. However, that William was christened on 6 Sep 1730 in Coningsby and was buried ten days later on 16 Sep 1730 in Coningsby.
