In 1861, John Rule (73) of Camborne, landed & mine proprietor & fund holder, widower, was living in Parc Bracket, Camborne. Present was niece Ellen Budge (40) of Camborne, unmarried

John married Philippa TOCKER, daughter of John TOCKER and Anne BLEWETT, on 16 Jan 1835 in Madron, Cornwall. (Philippa TOCKER was born in 1798 in Gwinear, Cornwall, christened on 1 Apr 1798 in Gwinear, Cornwall, died in Feb 1861 and was buried on 20 Feb 1861 in Camborne, Cornwall.)
