   Research Notes:

The IGI incorrectly shows Mary as daughter of Oliver and Mary, whereas the Stithians register for baptisms does not show the mother's name. The 1861 Census shows that Mary's mother's name was Margaret.

In 1861, Mary Temby (64) of Wendron, widow, was with her mother Margaret Knuckey (94) of Wendron, widow, in Forest Estate, Illogan.

In 1871, Mary Temby (77) [sic] of Wendron, widow, was living in Illogan.

   Marriage Information:

Mary married Richard TEMBY, son of Richard TEMBY of Carn Moah and Elizabeth PRIDEAUX, on 24 Dec 1823 in Illogan, Cornwall. (Richard TEMBY was born in 1800 in Camborne, Cornwall and was christened on 30 May 1800 in Camborne, Cornwall.)
