In 1851, James Prisk (60) of Wendron, ag. lab. and wife Ann (55) of Wendron, laundress, were living in Halabezack, Wendron. Present were children (born in Wendron): Thomas (21), copper miner, James (19), copper miner, Mary Ann (16), seamstress

Age in burial record is 70 (b.c. 1788); however, no James Prisk born at this time appears in the 1851 Census. when he would have been 63. James would've been about 67 when he died.

James married Ann PENALUNA, daughter of Richard PENALUNA and Mary JENKIN, on 28 Oct 1816 in Wendron, Cornwall. (Ann PENALUNA was born in 1795 in Wendron, Cornwall, christened on 7 May 1795 in Wendron, Cornwall and was buried on 14 Aug 1859 in Carnmenellis, Cornwall.)
