Gives and bequeaths to Christian Grose one ewe.

Gives and bequeaths £12 each to his god children.

Gives and bequeaths £40 to his daughter Grace.

Gives and bequeaths to his wife Jane his tenement in Tregagoran for her life along with the residue of his goods and chattels, appointing her sole executrix of his will.

Gives to the writer of his will 12 pence.

Gives to Thomas Fox his tenement in Tregagoran after the death of his wife, paying £20 each to Arthur's daughters Grace and Jane.

Makes John Fox and John Harre overseers of his will to see all his legacies performed.
