John's widowed mother-in-law, Charlotte P. TOM, age 75 (b. St. Dennis) and his unmarried sister-in-law Sophia TOM, age 41 (b. St. Clements) are staying.

** Amelia (mentioned as John's wife in 1871) is shown in the 1891 as widowed. And given "Caroline" is the same age and born in the same place, perhaps Amelia's second given name was Caroline.
