In 1901, William Pope (63) of Swimbridge in Devon, widower, general labourer, was living at 12 Wellington St. in Swansea. At home were Annie (38), Fredrick (25), Edward (31), general labourer, Edward's wife Leanora (23) of Llanelli, grandson William (1) of Swansea, sister-in-law Caroline Evans (68) of Varteg, widow.

   Marriage Information:

William married Harriet Louisa VIVIAN, daughter of Charles VIVIAN and Mary Ann TIPPETT, in 1861 in Swansea District, Glamorgan, Wales. (Harriet Louisa VIVIAN was born in 1834 in Ynyscedwin, Ystradgynlais, Brecon and died in 1893 in Swansea, Glamorgan, Wales.)
