Bequeathed £5 5s. in the Will of her paternal grandfather Edmund Lloyd of Caenest (1798)

Bequeathed 1 shilling in the Will of her paternal grandmother Elizabeth William of Caenest (written 1798), along with all her clothes.

Bequeathed in the Will of her maternal grandfather Griffith Owen of Barmouth (written 1804)—to her use and that of her heirs—Messuages or dwellinghouses situate in Barmouth with the appurtenances now in the several Occupations of Edward David and Elizabeth Jones together with a Seat or Bench to me belonging on the floor of the new part of Llanaber church. Elizabeth also received £50 from her said grandfather.
