"Jack Randolph Stone Age 82, died April 5, 2010, from lung cancer complicated by a debilitating stroke. He died at his home in Long Beach with loving family at his side. A native of Long Beach, he was born January 18, 1928 to parents, Alfred and Myrtle Stone. Jack established a waste oil trucking business in 1951 "Jack Stone Drainage Oil Service" which serves the Southern California area. The family business is currently conducted by Jack's sons, Art and Frank. A lover of animals, Jack rescued and adopted numerous dogs over his life time, including one special dog named "Butch" who was his constant companion, and whose picture is prominently displayed on the side of his trucks. He enjoyed fishing, woodworking, golfing, and making and fixing clocks...." 4
