In 1881 Mary Davies, aged 17, born in Camborne Cornwall, tape factory girl, was with her parents at 3 Edward St., Camborne.

In 1891 Mary Barnard, aged 27, born in Camborne, husband Hiram Barnard, aged 25, born in East Dean, Gloucestershire, tin miner, and children (born in Camborne) Ethel M (4), Hiram (2) and Willie (5 months), were with Hiram's mother Eliza Barnard in Dolcoath New Road, Camborne.

In 1901 Mary Barnard, aged 37, born in Camborne, and husband Thomas Barnard, aged 35, born in Forest of Dean, Gloucestershire, fitter's labourer, were living in Eastern Hill, Tuckingmill, Illogan, Cornwall. With them were children (a) born in Camborne: Ethel (14) tin miner at surface, Thomas (12), Willie (10), James (8), (b) born in Abinhall Gloucestershire: Frederick, and (c) born in Illogan: Mildred (3), Hilda (2) and Bessie (5 mo).

In 1911 Mary Barnard, aged 47, born in Tuckingmill Camborne, widow (mother of 8 children, 2 deceased), was living in East Hill, Tuckingmill. In 1921 Mary Barnard, aged 57 years 11 months, born in Camborne, widow, was living in Hugh Ville St, Camborne. With her were son Frederick Barnard (26y 5m) of Mitcheldean Gloucestershire, single, surface labourer unemployed, daughter Mildred Jervis (24) of Tuckingmill, married, home duties, son-in-law Wm. THE FUNERAL of Mrs. Mary Barnard, aged 73, widow of Mr. Thomas Barnard formerly of North Roskear-road, Tuckingmill, took place at Trevenson Church, Pool, on Thursday. She died at the residence of her son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. J. Barnard, at Church-road, Pool. The Rev. E. J. Hay Hicks (curate) officiated. Mourners were: Messrs. J. and F. Barnard (sons), R. and F. Sedgmore and J. Jervis (grandsons), J. Davies (brother), W. Jervis (son-in-law), P. Yeo, J. Sedgman, J. Roberts, T. Andrew, W. Bath, S. James, W. Eastlake, T. James, A. Odgers, R. Pascoe, and E. Davey.
