" TEMBY. —On the 9th October, at Trenoweth, Seventh avenue, East Adelaide, William, dearly loved husband of Catherine Elizabeth Hamlin Temby, and third surviving son of the late Christopher and Sarah Temby, of Two Wells, aged 48 years."

"Mr. William Temby.

William Temby, who for many years resided at Paddy's Bridge, in the district of Port Gawler, died suddenly last week at Port Adelaide. He was born 56 years ago near Buckland Park, where bis father, the late Mr. Christopher Temby, was the owner of a few sections of land. The family removed to a large station property on a bank oi the River Light on the Mallala road. Mr. Christopher Temby retired, and his son carried on the business of the estate, which combined agriculture, horse breeding, and cattle and sheep raising, with much success. Two years ago the deceased settled in East Adelaide. For many years he was a member of the Port Gawler District Council." 6
