" OBITUARY.

MR. D. A. FULLERTON.

The death occurred at Penola on November 28 of Mr. D. A. Fullerton, J.P. Deceased, who was 75 years of age, came to Australia in 1880, and lived with his uncle, Mr. William McPherson, at "Cluny," Penola, for some years. He then took up Callendale Station, where he lived until 1908, when he returned to Penola to reside. Mr. Fullerton took a prominent part in all public affairs, being at different times President of the Racing Club, President of the P.. A., and H. Society, a member of the District Council, a prominent member of the Agricultural Bureau for many years, and a keen supporter of all sporting and public activities.

Mr. Fullerton had been in indifferent health for many years, and had been a semi-invalid for the last 17 years of his life.

Besides his widow, Mr. Fullerton leaves a family of three sons and two daughters, namely, Messrs. S. A. Fullerton (Dorodong), D. R. and W. Fullerton (Comaum); Mrs. Smith (Milllcent), and Miss I. Fulleron (Penola)." 5
