Findagrave shows Velma A. Biddick Addison as born 29 Dec 1900 and died Feb 1990. The Wisconsin Death Index (1959-1997) shows this as Velma V. Addison, and indicates that Velma A. Addison was born 1892 and died 2 Dec 1966. Since Velma's aged in the Censuses gives her a birth year of 1892, then the Findagrave entry represents the wrong Velma Addison.
